Retrofit Tools Help Identify Programs and Devices for Your Fleet
When contemplating the best fit for getting your fleet up to speed with emissions requirements, the variety of retrofit options can be quite daunting. To help bring clarity to your decision, John Deere Power Systems has created two online tools that make identifying retrofit programs and devices simple and easy.
Diesel Engine Retrofit Programs Finder
Choose the state or province in which you are operating your machinery to view which funded programs, bid specifications and regulations are specific to your area. An easy- to-understand overview of each program or regulation
is outlined in a shareable PDF file that provides links to additional information about the topic.
Diesel Engine Retrofit Device Lookup Tool
Find the right device in three simple steps. To use this tool you will simply need the family number for your specific piece of equipment or engine. The family number can be found on the emissions label located on your engine. You are then asked about the application in which your equipment operates (rubber tire, tracked, stationary or marine). The tool will then output a list of available devices by application and each device includes a link that provides technical specifications along with links to supplier contact information.
These tools should only be used as a supplement to the conversation you have with your John Deere dealer or other service provider. Your dealer will help you sort through local emission-reduction programs and perform a fleet equipment/emission assessment; as well as assist with any required reporting functions. The John Deere dealer network is also armed with a suite of solutions tailored to meet and exceed local emissions requirements.
